I’ve ordered a few things and for the most part it was fine, nothing too dramatic. Packaging was okay and everything eventually showed up, but I did find myself checking the tracking more than I expected. Some parts were great and came through without any issue, while others took a while to arrive, so it felt a little hit or miss depending on the item.

It’s not bad for what you pay, honestly. I think it’s a decent value, but I was kinda expecting a little more from it.

The colors looked good, but some of the smaller details came out a bit blurry. Overall, it was fine, just not as sharp as I was hoping for.

I tried eazao on a few ceramic pieces, i wasn’t expecting the glaze to turn out as nice as it did. I kept checking the colors like, okay, are these really going to match what I picked? And somehow they were close. The finish came out smooth too, which was the part I was slightly worried about for no real reason. Anyway, I’m happy with the results and would probably use it again

I’ve used Eazao for a few prints now, and the extrusion has been steady, which is a relief. I was a little worried at first because I’ve dealt with random gaps and big blobs with other filament before, but I haven’t really seen that here. I did get one small clog, which made me nervous for a minute, but it cleared out easily and didn’t turn into a whole thing. Overall, I’m happy with it so far and feel a lot more confident using it on my next prints.

I’ve had my eazao printer for a few months now, and it’s been solid overall. I kind of expected clogs to be a regular thing, but they’ve barely happened, maybe once, and that was after I let the clay sit in there longer than I probably should have.
Most of the time it just works without much fuss. I give it a quick rinse after using it and that seems to be enough. So far, I’m happy with it.

Used Eazao to figure out materials for my project. Info was mostly clear and useful, especially for common options. A few rarer materials could use more detail. Overall solid experience, not perfect, so 4 stars.

I really wanted to give eazao a fair try, but I found it confusing right from the start. I even checked through the welcome emails and receipts to see if there were any clearer instructions or links I missed, but I still kept getting lost just trying to find basic features. It might be great once you already know your way around it, but as a beginner the learning curve felt too steep for me and I ended up giving up.

Support replied really quickly, which I appreciated. i’m not sure what more people expect, they answered fast and helped me out, so I’m happy with it.

I got it up and running way faster than I expected!! No real issues or headaches... just followed the steps and it worked?? Smooth overall!!!

I’ve been using Eazao for a little while now, and it’s just really easy to navigate. The menus make sense, and I didn’t have to waste a bunch of time figuring out where everything was. Pages load fine for me, and the tools are just where I’d expect them to be. It’s nice when software works without making things complicated. I’d definitely use it again...

The warranty claim took way longer than I expected, and the most frustrating part was how unclear the communication was. I kept having to chase them just to find out what was going on, instead of getting simple updates along the way

I picked this up for a little range time with my brother, and the firing results were disappointing. We both expected better, but it just didn’t feel worth it in the end.

I ordered from eazao.com, i’m kind of annoyed because the product looked way nicer in the pictures than it did when it actually arrived. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but what I got just didn’t match what I thought I was paying for.

The material felt cheap right away, and the finish was rough in places, so it didn’t exactly give me a great first impression. After only using it a little, it already started looking worn, and for the price, I don’t think that’s something I should just shrug off.

Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from them again. I know some people might have better luck, but for me, it felt like a waste of money...

Overall, the site looks really nice. The design is clean and easy on the eyes, and it gives off a good vibe. A few pages feel a little plain, and some extra elements seem kind of unnecessary, but nothing too distracting.
